Racing is one of the most demanding activities on the water - and one of the best ways to improve your skills. It requires solid boat handling, performance sail handling & sail trim, teamwork, strategy, tactics, concentration, quick thinking under pressure, and a good understanding of the racing rules.
I have over 40 years experience racing boats from 8' to 65'. If you're new to racing I can get you started safely and comfortably in club racing and build your skills from there. If you have race experience I can help improve your racing.

Successful racing takes strategic planning and an understanding of tactics. It also benefits from post-race analysis to determine what went right, what went wrong, and whether the strategy and tactics worked.
